Bethany Broderick – Corporate HR Business Partner

Bethany started her career with OLS Charlottetown in March, 1999 as a Technical Relations Associate. In 2002 she relocated to Dartmouth to help with the opening of that site. Since the move to Dartmouth, Bethany has climbed the OLS ladder and has held several positions with the company including Operations Supervisor, Team Leader, Recruiter, HR Generalist and her current role of Corporate HR Business Partner.

Bethany credits OLS with supporting her both personally and professionally, as she was given the opportunity to transfer back to Charlottetown in 2007 when she decided to start a family. Throughout her time with the company, Bethany has met some of her closest friends and is proud to work for a company that constantly shows appreciation for its employees.

Michael Brown – Project Manager

Michael began working with OLS in September, 1995 as a Technical Support Representative. As the company began to grow he moved into a Supervisor role, then into Account Management. Mike then went on to be the site leader for the Charlottetown site for three years and recently moved into Project Management. Mike’s experience with OLS has been unique as he has worked in virtually every aspect of the business. He has seen the company grow from 15 people to where it is today and enjoys OLS’s positive atmosphere.

Sarah Kennedy – HR Manager

Sarah began working with OLS in March, 1996 as a Technical Support Representative. Due to her great work ethic she then moved on to a Quality Assurance position, and continued to advance through the company by moving into a Team Captain position. Sarah then decided to expand her education by earning a Human Resources Management Certificate from UPEI and Holland College. Her new education opened more doors at OLS when she was hired as the Recruiter for the Charlottetown site, which eventually led to her becoming a Human Resources Manager. Sarah has grown with the company both educationally and professionally and looks forward to many more years in a position that she enjoys immensely.

Dennis Mainville – Site Director

Dennis started with OLS in February, 2000 as a Technical Support Analyst. Throughout his years with OLS, he has been given to opportunity to grow alongside the company’s continuing expansion. Within his first six months he was promoted to a floor support role. Over the next eight years he had the opportunity to work in a variety of departments for four different OLS sites. His drive to reach his goals and his experience in many different positions led to his promotion to Site Director of the Antigonish site. Dennis credits OLS with supporting his professional and personal growth. Dennis is always looking forward and is excited about the future of the company.

Brian Craig – Director of IT

Brian began working with OLS in October, 1990 as a Junior Programmer. His experience and hard work paved the way for a promotion to Senior Programmer Analyst, which later led to positions of Network Administrator, Systems Administrator and to his current position as Director of Technology. Brian is proud that he has been with OLS from the beginning, and enjoys the dynamic and always evolving work environment.
