We believe employee training is a cornerstone in the success of any business. We also recognize an effective new hire training program is the key to ensuring a solid, stable and rewarding on-boarding experience for each and every new employee.
At OLS, the goal of new hire and “refresher” training is to help new employees prepare for learning, to motivate employees to learn and to enable employees to practice, retain and apply what they have learned.
We believe in small class sizes in a comfortable classroom environment. This creates a personalized learning experience for each trainee with a focus on customer service theory and product knowledge as well as practical hands-on experience.
OLS uses various training methods to ensure the needs of each individual employee are met. Our training programs are dynamic and include training modes such as lectures, demonstrations, seminars, computer based training and customer service role plays.
OLS also believes in providing a “safety net” to support the transition of new employees from the classroom to the business with a controlled On-The-Job Training phase along with help from seasoned employee mentors.
