1996 – On-Line Support (OLS) is formed in Charlottetown, PEI.

2000 – Kentville, NS Contact Centre opened.

2002 – OLS opens its 3rd Contact Centre in Montague, PEI.

2002 – OLS acquires a large new client and opens its 4th Contact Centre in Dartmouth, NS.

2005 – OLS expands into its 5th Contact Centre in Pembroke, ON.

2006 – OLS opens site #6 in Antigonish, NS.

2006 – OLS opens site #7 in Liverpool, NS

2009 – Timmins, ON becomes the 8th site for OLS

2010 – Thunder Bay, ON is site 9, and opened to accommodate new business for OLS

2011 – North Bay, ON becomes the 10th site for OLS and 4th in Ontario

2011 – Aug 1st, OLS is acquired by HGS
